By removing any centrifugal application of the direct clutches, not only does this improve performance, but it also extends the life of the clutch. This adjustment ensures smoother, more reliable shifts and significantly reduces wear on critical transmission components. Recommended for competition C4's which will be subjected to RPM levels approaching and above 8,000, the new setup will both apply and release quicker, giving a more 'crisp' shift.
