Crankshaft

These cast crankshafts are perfect for mildly built street engines or just to replace stock crankshafts that have seen better days. These crankshafts are precision-ground and micro-polished to exacting tolerances.

Connecting Rods

The I-beam connecting rods incorporate all of the best features possible for an I-beam rod, including some strength adders found in H-beam designs. The I-beam connecting rods are profiled with clearance for long stroke applications. These connecting rods feature a one-rib cap design for added strength and bearing support, polished beams to eliminate stress risers. The cap screw bolts to greatly increase strength and horsepower capabilities.

The 'I' Beam Street connecting rods are manufactured from high quality 5140 chromoly steel. The rods are x-rayed and ultrasonically tested with all surfaces shot peened and stress relieved.

Pistons

Hypereutectic pistons with anti-friction skirt coating are manufactured from a aluminum alloy which contains 16 percent silicon for greater strength and wear resistance. By combining the hypereutectic alloy with the permanent mold process, the piston is strong, lightweight, and thermally-efficient.
